Mary serves as the office administrator at Barrett Health Centers, where her passion for chiropractic care and dedication to service radiate through every aspect of her work. Inspired by the transformative healing she witnessed firsthand, Mary joined the team with a heartfelt mission: to help extend chiropractic care to as many individuals, families, and communities as possible—even across borders through international medical missions. She believes deeply in the power of spinal health to unlock the body’s full potential, and she champions the idea that every person deserves a chiropractor on their wellness team. Grateful to be part of such a compassionate and purpose-driven environment, Mary brings warmth, professionalism, and a spirit of advocacy to the heart of the clinic.

Kandys is passionate about helping others and brings a friendly, positive attitude to her role as a Chiropractic Assistant. She is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for from the moment they walk through the doors of Barrett Health Centers. Kandys enjoys creating meaningful connections with patients and is committed to providing a welcoming experience while supporting each individual’s journey to better health and wellness.
Lashalyn “Shay” Brown
Certified Medical Coder & Chiropractor Assistant
Shay joined the Barrett Health Centers team bringing a dual passion for patient care and clinical precision. Certified in medical coding, she seamlessly balances her technical expertise with her hands-on role as a Chiropractor Assistant, ensuring our patients have a smooth, supportive experience from the front desk to the treatment room.
Shay has been dedicated to the chiropractic and wellness field since May 2025. She loves being part of a team that helps patients regain their mobility and live pain-free.
Outside of the clinic, Shay treasures quality time with her family and friends. She is also an active member of her church community, finding strength and joy in her faith, which shines through in the warm care she provides to everyone who walks through our doors.
